A cycle is 4 minutes long. Each cycle starts with a 20 burpee buy-in, then you will complete as many rounds as possible in the remaining time of: 30 doubleunders (60 singles) & 10 kettlebell sumo deadlift high pulls (M:53#/W:35#)
You will do 3 cycles. Rest 2 minutes between cycles. After the burpee buy-in, start each cycle where you left of the last cycle. Your score is total rounds of 30 double unders/10 KB SDLHP rounds completed. ENJOY!
