You have the whole session to complete these 5 tasks. You can do them in any order and rest as long as needed, but you can't exceed the group session time. You may sub the pull-ups with any of the pull-up subs. This is a fun workout because you need to strategize the order and your rest time to play to your strengths and weaknesses. Good times!!!
