Complete 30/20/10 reps for time of:
Alternating one arm kettlebell snatches (M:53#/35#)
Front rack kettlebell lunge step (not walking lunge step)
Run 400m after each set. If it's raining row 500 meters or 50 double unders.
Hold a front rack postition for the lunge step.
