How far can you go up the ladder in 12 minutes? Start the clock and do 1 thruster (95/65)/1 pull-up, then do 2 thrusters/2 pull-ups, then do 3 thrusters/3 pull-ups…..keep adding one rep per movement for every round until time runs out. Your score is the last completed round plus the number of reps from the round you did not complete. For example, if you get 7 rounds plus 2 pull-ups of the next round, your score is 7 + 10 (8 thruster + 2 pull-ups). Remember, if you drop the Bar at any time during (or at the end) of the workout, you must do 10 burpees before continuing.
