· 5 rep max push press
DON’T JERK THE LIFT! Have your coach watch your 5 rep max attempt and be your judge. If the knees bend again at anytime after the initial dip, it is a jerk and not a push press. If your feet move after the initial dip, it is a failed attempt.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
· 100m run
· 5 power cleans (M:155#/W:105#)
· 10 push-ups
· 20 double unders (Scale at 60 singles)
