Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
7 hang power cleans
7 front squats
7 shoulder to overhead
The weights for this workout are 95# for men and 65# for women. To do this workout "As Prescribed", each round must be completed without taking your hands off the bar during a round. A 3 burpee penalty everytime your hands leave the bar during a round. Rest as needed between rounds.
