Off of a rack- Take 10 minutes to find your best 1 rep max thruster for the day.
Off the floor- Do 2 thrusters every 30 seconds for 6 minutes at 50-60% of today's 1 rep max.
100 pull-ups for time
Based on the result of your pull-up time:
0-5 minutes: Row 1000m for time
5-7 minutes: Row 750m for time
7+ minutes: Row 500m for time.
The row can be done anytime after your pull-ups. Just get it done before you leave the gym
