The quarterly test of our strength programming is upon us again. The CrossFit Total. Hope to see a bunch of you there. It's a fun session watching everyone go for PR's and cheering them on. Lets get those PR’s! Here is how it works:
You have one hour to do three attempts at three lifts.
The three lifts are:
Count your best attempt from each as your CrossFit Total. Warm-up sets do not count as attempts. Once you declare a lift your first attempt, you get only two more attempts. You must finish three attempts at squat before moving to press and three attempts at press before moving to deadlift.
