Bear 20 yards
20 hand release push-ups
Bear crawl back to wall
To do a Target Burpee: mark a spot on the wall that is 6" above your highest reach (a small
piece of tape works well). Stand with either your left or right side alongside the wall. Do a
Burpee then Jump up and tap the mark.
